Rooftop Refined Recap!

Rooftop Refined was...

EPIC!

We had a wonderful time exploring all over downtown San Diego together. From stunning rooftops to speakeasy underground ballrooms, the Refined tribe did the crawl and loved it.

We first started at the Pendry Rooftop Pool with a champagne toast to reconnect and  experience the ever so cool Pendry  poolside cabana.
We then toured all over the Pendry from the different restaurant spaces to the underground Oxford nightclub. We were taken back to an era of style, elegance and that tabu feeling of "what happens at the Pendry, stays at the Pendry."

Crawl stop number two was at a  historical treasure, The Horton Grand Hotel. We enjoyed delectable bites and mimosas in the courtyard made by the amazing  Chef Eric Hokanson of Salt and Whiskey. We learned about the history of the hotel (some rooms are haunted! Seriously though, ask for room 309) and the special offerings the hotel has, including their new warehouse space for receptions, events and unique weddings. Reach out to Andrea Sweeny to get more info.

The final stop was truly where the sky was the limit! We ended at the scenic Ultimate Sky Box. The Skybox showcases epic views of Petco Park, the Convention center and the Coronado bridge. We sipped on cocktails and dined on delicious apps provided by  Social Tap Eatery. We discussed how busy 2021 has been with weddings and events and how we are balancing it all. The question we asked was just that. "HOW ARE YOU? REALLY!!"

A HUGE thank you to the amazing Camilla Margotta who photographed the Café Crawl. You are so amazing and we love that you just get us... All of us.

Interview with Shoutout SoCal: Meet Suher Haidar: Wedding Planner/Industry Coach

Happy December, to my Refined Tribe!

I was recently interviewed by Shoutout SoCal about my wedding industry experience and all about what Refined by Suher has to offer.

The Boardroom

How are wedding vendors pivoting in the new, ever-changing reality of COVID? One company, Harvest Kitchen Catering, is investing in the new buzz of micro-weddings. The company owns a beautiful, intimate venue in North County San Diego, called The Boardroom. Up until now, space has been used for birthday parties, meetings, and corporate events. They never imagined the space to be a wedding ceremony or reception venue. But through a new pair of eyes, they saw the possibilities. After some investments in lighting and decor, the PR powerhouse of Refined by Suher, and an all-star vendor team, The Boardroom is now the trendiest all-inclusive micro-wedding space in San Diego.

HarvestKitchen(55of146).jpg

Why transform the venue into a micro-wedding space? Owner David Holtze and Sales Manager, Sammi Shrigley, have watched first-hand the struggle couples are going through with their wedding planning due to COVID. Some couples have re-planned their wedding 3 times! The team realized offering couples an affordable yet decadent option to host a small ceremony/reception with a curated list of their loved ones is necessary. And a trend that is here to stay.

San Diego Magazine dubbed the space as “farmhouse chic” when they awarded The Boardroom Best Catered Event Space in 2019, and we couldn’t agree more. Custom craftsmanship exists throughout, due to David’s self-proclaimed addiction to woodwork. A 25-foot live edge oak bar, tasting tables, chairs, and artistic accents throughout give this place a unique warm charm.

They also realized the awesome amount of decision making required to plan your wedding. But not at The Boardroom. They have simplified the process by including all the basics (venue, tables, chairs, food, bar) and then allowing guest to go a la carte, or leave it to the pros and choose their Peace of Mind package which includes a  Photographer, DJ, bakery, florist, decor; all handpicked for ease.

It’s just a matter of what you want your wedding and event to look like and feel. They are all about the experience at The Boardroom and when it’s time to celebrate…they have it all worked out for you.

unnamed.jpg

Want to experience it in person? To make things cooler, The Boardroom is thrilled to announce their 3- day COVID friendly open house happening September 29th, September 30th, and October 1st.  Follow this link to schedule a tour and to meet the team. Make it a date night and come explore all that the Boardroom has to offer. With great food, drinks, and entertainment you are sure to have a blast!

HarvestKitchen(97of146).jpg

This is your space. They just pay the rent.

Think of The Boardroom as your own private den, a cozy warm space that invokes conversation and delicious moments. They provide all the necessities; tables, chairs, plates, silverware, glassware, sound/video, food, drinks. You provide the inspiration. If you’re planning an executive meeting, your wedding,  rehearsal dinner, or a birthday party, The Boardroom is your canvas to create a special experience. With a 1:00 am curfew.. the dancing will go well into the night with memories to last a lifetime.

COVID-19 Services:

COVID-19 regulations are the new norm  with temp checks, hand sanitizer, and masks, the team has you covered. Let us take care of these regulations. You just show up and have a blast!

When the Good Days Outweigh the Bad

Jen SIncero Book

Happy Monday Refined Tribe!

I am feeling inspired today to share a little more about myself and why I launched the Refined Tribe brand. I know it’s pretty obvious that I love purple, things that reflect beauty and opulence, and sharing new experiences with old friends. But let’s break it down… the why? Why do create opportunities for my friends to succeed? What does it mean to be a connector? Why should you attend an upcoming workshop, meet-up or event? Why do any of this at all?

Refined_by_Suher_Launch-118.jpg

It starts with a feeling… You know that deep in your gut, the intuition meter is at an all-time high and you can’t stop smiling because you know you are right where you are meant to be. We all wish we could bottle up that feeling and open it on a rainy day. But that is what drives me to pursue this dream. Every day, I wake up with a feeling of pure excitement to see my friends, family, clients and the new possibilities. And you know what? You can have that too. When we choose the way we want to live and take responsibilities for our actions, the endless possibilities open up. I will admit, I do have my bad days but the good definitely outweighs the bad. That my friend is called perspective. Let’s say you woke and poured yourself a hot cup of cofee. While the coffee was boiling you ran into the other room to check your email inbox. You open an urgent message only to find out some really terrible news. You take a deep breath, walk away for a moment and go pour yourself a cup of coffee. Now at that moment, you have two choices- accept or react. Many of us spend our days reacting. Reacting to traffic, reacting to our bad news, reacting to every little thing. It compounds throughout the day until we are just on the point of exhaustion from reacting. Now imagine if instead we took the alternate route and accepted things for as they are. I know it sounds like an easy-out option but it really is quite simple on the road to self-awareness.

How does this relate to the Refined Tribe? Well because I have accepted my role in this community. A modern-day fairy godmother, you might say! Haha. The commonalities are very simple and intentional. I am a solution-based advisor. With a flick of my wand (or I guess you can insert cell phone in this tale), I find new pathways and opportunities for my colleagues and clients. I have developed a one-on-one coaching program, monthly workshops and coffee meet-ups for business professionals that are serious about elevating their careers. Whether you have been in the industry for a quarter of a century or are diving in head first, it’s always smart to set a plan and use your resources to achieve it. That’s why I created these outlets, as tools to help further your career and build your network. If you aren’t adding in new opportunities to push you, then you’ll never get outside your comfort zone and reach for something greater!

If you’re looking for a boost in your career or a group of like-minded individuals to become your biggest cheerleaders, then you should think about joining our next Refined Tribe workshop on March 18th! We’ll be identifying the foundational pillars of any successful business and ways to utilize your network as ambassadors of your brand. If you’re reading this take a chance to make a change.

How to Connect Authentically Through Your Brand

Suher + Sarah.jpg

Happy Monday TRIBE,

Last week melted my heart. Every phone call, text message, love note on social media, surprise visits and nights on the town to celebrate my birthday reminded me that love + community exist in a big way. To say that I am #blessed is an understatement and does not properly define my appreciation for the people in my life. I guess you can say that I’m humbled and inspired by the outpouring of love.

“There is nothing I want but your presence. In friendship, time dissolves.”- Rumi.

I want to introduce Marisa Romero, our next speaker for the Marketing and Get Social Workshop. She’ll be sharing all the ways we can market our businesses using creative and authentic strategies that she’s developed with clients over the years.

Headshot.jpg

Hi Friends!

I wanted to jump in and give you a little pep talk on marketing tips for small businesses. Our big vision planning and operational duties sometimes overshadow our need to elevate brand messaging and reinforce our value propositions. We get so busy trying to service a client that we forget to support our own business’ needs. Here’s a little reminder of encouragement to come back to what’s important: where passion and purpose align.

Showing up in the world and seeing others show up for you is a beautiful feeling. It allows us to feel confident and supported in our everyday lives and gives us the internal power to make external choices. In business, we seek the same connection. Building a brand, defining your identity and sharing that message in an authentic way with your followers is the foundation and key to success. Our customers are seeking a brand that can deliver results in an efficient and unique way and carry that vision into the future. So how do we make ourselves stand out without losing our authentic narrative?

1. Be confident! Confidence can make or break your customers buying power. If they don’t believe in your mission or company’s ethos then they’re not going to be able to sell you to their own network. Tap into the reason why you took that leap in the first place to start your own business. What value propositions can you provide your customer, the marketplace and the ever-changing trends? Give people a reason to support you. And when they do, give them the space and opportunity to make your brand the best that it can be. There’s always room for improvement!

2. Own it! The good, the bad and the ugly. We all make mistakes. We are all human. And we can all learn from the choices we make. In relationships, personal or professional, it’s important to learn the three A’s of life- Accept, Appreciate and Acknowledge. Accept the decisions you make and for things as they are presented. Appreciate the journey, even if there are bumps in the road. Acknowledge when things don’t turn out exactly how you planned and let it unfold in its beautifully imperfect way.

3. Keep it simple but show your sparkle! We are all uniquely made of a trillion different cells and live in a huge universe of a hundred thousand million stars. When we think about it business is kind of that analogy too. We’re trying to sell a product or service in a noisy global marketplace where consumers are constantly distracted by disruptive advertisements. With the evolution of the internet, technology has also improved and consumers are highly educated on scams or dishonest marketing. So keep it simple, stupid. Be direct and show your personality. Your light will shine in in a world of chaos.

4. Build trust and keep consistency! Remember that you are also a consumer of brands and services so test your own expectations. How would you respond to someone trying to sell you something or how would they retain your business? It could take 3,4, or 5 visits to legitimize your brand but it could take one bad day where you lose your customers trust. Actions speak louder than words. Check in with your brand identity and messaging- what do you stand for and how do you hold onto consistency? Every person experiences things differently, so find strategies to connect with your customers one on one, through your online presence and how you can leave a positive imprint in their mind.

Reviewing this list of brand values will allow your business to evolve and grow. If this speaks to you and you feel inspired to re-energize your marketing plan, join us on March 18th!

Xo,

Marisa

Mindful Marketing and Let's Get Social! Workshop

RefinedRetouch-97.jpg

Hi My Loves,

I can’t believe it’s been a week already since my Refined Details workshop with Coast Catering and Sage Justice Photography! I am still on cloud nine and am feeling so much love and inspiration for our community. Every single person took the opportunity to share their ideas, expose their challenges and support each other’s visions for the future… this is the true definition of TRIBE.

During the workshop, I received so much great feedback about future topics, collaborations and the potential to grow our community. A few of you even schedule coffee meetings to chat about ways to get more involved! I really can’t explain how meaningful my one on one conversations are throughout the day. Whether it be through an organic flow or strategic business planning, I gain so much more insight and encouragement when I connect on a deeper level with my colleagues, friends, and family. And lately, I’ve made it a priority to spend more quality time with my boys. It’s important to invest in those sacred moments. When you live with intention and practice gratitude, everything seems to fall into place… the benefits of natural alignment.

IMG_0851.jpg

To keep the momentum going, I am excited to announce my next workshop will build on top of my “community over competition” mission and explore the fun world of marketing and social media. Digital storytelling reigns over all other communication mediums these days and I have a team that is ready to share their insights and strategies with you. Marketing is a broad-based way of building community and brand loyalty through an exchange of relationships. In the wedding planning industry, marketing can mean developing your authentic voice through content creation in a blog, building a strong, visual presence through social media and being an advocate for your brides + industry partners by making connections and networking.

Marisa Romero, a local marketing maven with years of experience working with the hospitality, real estate and design brands will teach us ways to improve our communication strategies. Marisa makes it her professional mission to encourage and educate business owners to embrace larger roles in social responsibility. She also works to guide genuine communications while synthesizing big picture ideas into ROI-focused results. She passionately advocates for small businesses by sharing their humble roots story with nationally targeted campaigns.

In this next workshop series you’ll learn:

  • Which online platforms to use to market your wedding services.

  • How to effectively engage with your online community.

  • The do’s and don’ts of social media management.

  • Develop an integrated marketing strategy for your business.

  • How to build and work with a marketing team.

  • How to leverage content marketing to build long-term relationships with brides-to-be.

If you’re looking to grow your business or learn some useful tips to implement into your business plan this year, join us for a fun night of networking, industry strategy session and learning from your peers.

Save the date for March 18th- Mindful Marketing and Let’s Get Social Workshop!

Let's Talk About the Details... Refined Workshop.

Group Photo.jpg

Hello Refined Tribe,

The energy is still buzzing from our recent Refined with Details workshop! If there’s one thing I love about this industry it’s that we support in numbers and empower one another’s growth. The power of collective change is real… and I can’t wait to see what the year will bring.

When I reconnected with Chelsea of Coast Catering, we knew that the universe had brought us back together to create something POWERFUL. MAGICAL. Something that would align our passions and purposes for the wedding industry. We both admittedly, meticulously love “attention to detail” and using creativity to design something beautiful yet intentional. This was the perfect opportunity for our brands to partner together and share what we do best. Chelsea also suggested the perfect venue, Pigment Event Space, that was equal parts refined and community-driven.

Suher.jpg

If you didn’t attend the workshop and are living under a rock, Pigment is this ultra-luxe retail store filled with the trendiest pastel and gold-plated knick-knacks--a true blogger’s paradise. I mean seriously, I’m ready to purchase the entire online store! Who doesn’t want one of those bamboo thrones?! Anyways, back to the vision. Chelsea and I took a tour of the space and I knew immediately that this was the setting for my next workshop. The space was minimal, yet totally malleable. An empty canvas waiting for its exquisite masterpiece.

The evening began with an open reception of networking, sipping on chilled wines and nibbling on bites of savory cheeses, delicate sliced meats, and gourmet preserves. I was pleased to see a mix of my dearest colleagues and newcomers catching up like old friends. The space we created breathed in a new vibration; inviting and full of endless possibilities.

We jumped right into the program with a brief introduction of myself and why I decided to launch Refined. Built on community and connection, the brand had evolved after years of working in the wedding industry and learning how to work with industry partners and to define my own style. It was important for me to share the lessons I learned and the long-term relationships I had built with my brides. For me, this life wasn’t just a chance encounter but something I had poured my heart into, wholeheartedly. Through my connections and determination, I had found my niche. I knew I could work for Francine Ribeau Events and team up with reputable partners like Coast Catering and Sage Justice Photography. The saw my vision and I trusted them to help me create the perfect dream weddings.

The program transformed into an interactive table scape workshop with the guidance of Chelsea and Barry of Coast Catering. We divided the group into two teams and they were tasked with identifying the table setting mistakes using their worksheets then instructed to fix them. Along the way, Chelsea and Barry provided tips on proper etiquette techniques. The group really took the challenge seriously and proved their skills! I was so impressed to see both experienced and younger planners working together in this team building exercise. Here’s a little snapshot of what the perfect setting, informal and formal, should look like. Feel free to download a copy and share it with your colleagues!

Table setting diagram.jpg

Sage Justice gave us his tips on getting the perfect detailed shot and working with a planner to not only get all the wedding glam but also photos to help market ourselves as business professionals. Both are mutually exclusive but equally important to the client and planner. There are times when we see a fork out of place or those pesky butter balls nestled in our beautiful floral arrangement shot. It’s important to spot those mistakes and help the photographer see your vision. But be mindful to respective their creative process. Again, it’s important to have commonalities, trust and communication with your partners. It’s a win-win for everyone!

When the final production unveiled itself, I was so happy I partnered with Coast Catering and Sage Justice Photography. Each sponsor brought new insight and expertise to the themes of:

  • Vendor and client relations

  • Personality

  • Cost

  • Style

  • Location

  • Commonalities

  • Creative direction

I wanted to extend my gratitude to Coast Catering, Sage Justice Photography, Botanica Muse, and Encore Entertainment. They helped bring my vision to life and shared their expertise to help create a truly meaningful night.

If you didn’t attend the workshop, don’t worry we have another one coming up for you in March! Stay tuned for details….

Xo,

Suher

”Really enjoyed learning about different parts of our industry. Always great to be a part of this group. Thank you Suher for bringing everyone together.”- Armando Cepeda, Executive Producer of Encore Event Entertainment.

Planting the Seeds for our Refined Tribe

Suher-Refined-Group Sitting-51.jpg

Hi T R I B E,

This week is all about COMMUNITY. One thing I love about San Diego is how crazy, supportive everyone is. Whether it be work, family time, a friend’s birthday soiree or an event launch, it’s pretty amazing to see the collective effort we put into showing up for the important things.

Every week, I get the pleasure of spending quality time with people I consider to be friends and family. The two are interchangeable and have been a source of inspiration for the development of my brand + business. I cannot say this enough but having people in your life that hold you accountable to your highest potential has given my life the purpose and meaning I had always searched for. Happiness is only real when shared.

This year I am dedicating my focus and attention in growing my Refined Tribe. This is a group of connectors, creatives, the ones reaching for the stars and having fun while doing it! But seriously, through all my years working in the wedding industry and as a senior planner for Francine Ribeau events, I want to share my knowledge and strategies with you. We all need a little extra support and love to grow our passions, why not do it together?

Refined Workshop Lilac.png

“Your workshop was the most down-to-earth and focused on actionable items. I appreciate your personalized, heart-centered approach to developing relationships. I look forward to our working together later this month and into the coming year.”- Madeleine Shelton of Botanicamuse.

I can’t wait to share my next workshop with you.

Refined with Details will explore the power of building teams. While it is important to have a large network of industry partners, each wedding client needs a team that will support the vision and executes on precision. As an experienced planner, it is my duty to select the staff and oversee each detail. The client’s trust lies in my judgment and not only impacts my brand reputation but may also be a future referral. Do you know the important steps to building your perfect team?

I’ll be joined by Coast Catering, one of San Diego’s premier service providers for the wedding industry. Their team will map out the do’s and don’ts of table settings and share some industry tips on event production etiquette.

Sage Justice Photography will be shooting all our lovely guests for the evening. A real treat since he’s the best at capturing the true elements of his subject and a creative hashtag master!

If you haven’t checked out Pigment, in real life or on the gram, it’s seriously a wedding planners best friend. We are so excited to host our next workshop in this secluded, urban jungle loft space! We chose this space for its refined and chic design but also because this space was born out of the support of a creative community! Very on brand… #SupportLocal is the Refined Tribe way.

Don’t miss out. Grab your tickets today!

Elegance in Every Detail with Organic Elements

La+Estancia+Group+Photo.jpg

Hi T R I B E,

What a whirlwind this week has been! After returning from a weekend in the MOST GORGEOUS winter wonderland, I am refreshed and ready to take on the world! There must be something about fresh air that gives life a little extra zing…

But not before we give a little extra love to one of my favorite BOSS BABES and someone I truly admire for her environmental “heart of gold”. Everything she touches evokes pure brilliance; the architect of all things organically blossomed.

Sharon Mintz has been a dear friend and confidante of mine over the years. Her ability to weave beauty and innovation in every detail pays homage to her influence from Beverly Hills to San Diego everything in between. We must give her the recognition of being one of San Diego’s most prized talents… BRAVO Sharon!

3FALLWREATH+-+018+copy.jpg

Last night, along with many of our colleagues and friends, attended an Organic Elements appreciation evening at the prestigious Estancia La Jolla. The night was set in a romantic purple haze. Can’t say that I didn’t love that! When it comes to Sharon the boss babe beauty behind Organic Elements, you know it’s going to be a night full of elegance, style and pure fun!

Sharon nurtured our every pampered desire, making sure there was love in every remote corner from fresh eucalyptus stems in the shower to personalized quotes nestled on our beds. As we filled our bodies with tasty bites and fresh sangria, it reminded us that this moment, with friends, was just what the soul needed.

Thank you, Sharon, for your gracious hospitality and giving us a night to remember!

Now more than ever, we need to support our community and create a space for collaboration. I can’t wait to bring together a group of like-minded bosses who support each other’s creative passions and are ready to bring their 2019 visions to life. Hope to see you all at my Jan. 28th workshop, Refined with Details

Creating Community Through Conversations

_SJP2684.jpg

Happy Monday T R I B E,

We’re almost half way through the month of January and we’re setting our INTENTIONS high + really leaning into our INTUITION.

Have you felt those moments in your life where everything seemed to finally align? You know the kind of days you wake up and realize that every choice you’ve made has lead to the culmination of THIS MOMENT?

When I reflect on my years in the wedding industry, I remind myself of the sacrifices- late night planning sessions and weekends filled with a million tasks to cross off my checklist. It’s a 110% long-term commitment with many days of ups and downs--and you have to be ready to do the unglamorous work. But it’s the experiences and lessons-learned that continue to be the driving force of my professional growth. You have to LOVE IT!

I’ve developed my workshop series to give my friends and colleagues the opportunity to share their knowledge and expertise. So many of us are trying to balance our business development, personal relationships and everything in between. This forum was created to share our successes and failures....We’re in an industry where collaboration should be valued over competition! It’s all about the #refinedconnections and engaging with your community.

I am THRILLED to announce that we will be holding our next workshop at PIGMENT EVENT SPACE! Nestled in the heart of North Park, this urban jungle loft space is a creative visionary’s dream!

“The studio comes fully stylized and furnished with bohemian rattan chairs and pink velvet couches, always dripping in fresh plants and greenery. Whether you are hosting a social gathering, shower, corporate event, or wedding, the second story loft and bright white walls allow for incredible natural light from the surrounding cityscape, making a photo-worthy backdrop for any occasion.”

So chic and refined with details ;) Join us for a night of mixing and mingling, toasting with bubbles and the chance to win a HUGE giveaway!

We will be joined by the team of Coast Catering and learn the “art of putting together a beautiful and stress-free table scape.” Not only must you conceptualize a gorgeous design, but the setting should be functional and photography ready! I can never say this enough but it’s all in the DETAILS! Coast Catering offers the perfect blend of event strategy, custom menus and culinary execution. Have you booked your next caterer yet? This is a great opportunity to meet one-on-one with one of San Diego’s premiere catering companies and expand your knowledge on building teams and event production.

As a small bonus, I am also offering every attendee a complimentary one-on-one session with me! Let’s start the New Year off with big goals and a road-map to find your personal successes.

Xo,

Suher

The Power of Teams

TEAMWORK

Hello T R I B E,

They say that the greatest marriages are built on teamwork… Over the course of my career, I have observed, assisted and managed some of the most BREATH-TAKING weddings in the industry! From the delicate fold of a napkin to the intricate details on a multi-tiered cake, every wedding professional should know all execution points and the hands that bring the magic to life.

“In order to create memories, you must select visionaries.”

Table Supplies.jpg

Music, flowers, cake, linens… WAIT hold on did we remember to order the Gatsby-inspired gold-gilded wall? It seriously takes a village! These visionaries, invest hours upon hours of research, planning, and installation. Every beautiful detail is mapped out and even then, you need to be able to adapt and pivot to last minute changes. I have experienced my fair share of mini-failures but luckily I have a team of creative experts to execute the vision.

What does it take to build a team? Some fundamental characteristic traits include accountability, personality, creativity, reliability, transparency, and refinement… of course. Your clients are depending on you to interpret their styles and compliment that with like-minded professionals. Well, that’s where my match-making comes in.

I have developed the perfect method and I’d love to share it with you at my next workshop, Refined with Details. We’ll take a look at the various ways to effectively build teams:

  • Personality- First impressions last forever. Make sure that your client and vendors have similar communication styles and attitudes.

  • Cost- Budgets are created for big-picture planning. Vendors should provide options that accomodate different budget levels. Producing exceptional work can get them on the preferred list.

  • Style- Does your client prefer a timeless and chic design or something a little more avante-garde? Your vendors should be innovative and trust in the collaboration process.

  • Location- teams can come in all shapes and sizes. Use your contacts wisely and determine who is the best fit for the project.

  • Commonalities- Do your research. Ask around. Some of the greatest teams could come from unlikely matches. Circle back to the needs of your clients.

These are little tid-bits from my experience throughout the years working in and managing teams. I couldn’t have gotten to where I am today without thanking my amazing partners and community. I’m grateful to be sharing my knowledge and bringing together our Refined Tribe. 2019 is just getting started and I can’t wait to connect with you!

XO, S

WORKSESH

Hi Refined Tribe!

To say we are blessed to be in this industry is an understatement! We get to meet so many people, creative intellects, and find ourselves surrounded by talent and opportunities to help us develop and grow. In saying that, my January workshop will help us pinpoint the best ways to select our Vendor teams for weddings and events. There are so many factors that take place when making that call. As creatives, we need to determine those who compliment our vision and work as part of a GO TEAM.

On January 28th, I will be hosting my workshop to help you all determine how to get your team together. A formula if you must say, a way to figure out what works for your client and your company.

A few bullet points and we all know how much I love those bullet points:

How do we figure out vendors that will work best with your client and for your company?

I s i t . . .

  • Personality?

  • Cost?

  • Style?

  • Location?

We have the perfect equation that will make a difference with a good event to an outstanding outcome. Besides, it’s so important to enjoy what we do cause Refined does NOT do boring.
